    La presente investigación analiza la gestión de los activos fijos de la Compañía de Economía Mixta COMERCIBARRA de la Ciudad de Ibarra, Provincia de Imbabura ya que al funcionar con capital público y privado existe conflictos al momento de aplicar la normativa en el control de los bienes de esta organización, por lo que se considera los principales procesos de este rubro y la aplicación de indicadores de gestión que determinen el uso y funcionalidad de los bienes en la empresa, así como también el reflejo de la información real en los estados financieros. La metodología investigativa se enmarca en un enfoque mixto y aplica la transversalidad al momento de aplicar herramientas de control, lo que permite analizar la normativa que regula al sector público y privado en el manejo de activos fijos y sus efectos financieros, logrando que los resultados muestren el nivel de riesgo, el cumplimiento de procesos y factores de influencia en la parte financiera de la empresa, así como la gestión de estos.PALABRAS CLAVE: Activos fijos; gestión; control interno.

    ANALYSIS OF THE FIXED ASSETS MANAGEMENT OF THE COMERCIBARRA MIXED ECONOMY COMPANY OF THE CITY OF IBARRA, PROVINCE OF IMBABURAABSTRACTThe present investigation analyzes the management of the fixed assets of the COMERCIBARRA Mixed Economy Company of the City of Ibarra, Imbabura Province, since when operating with public and private capital there are conflicts when applying the regulations in the control of the assets of This organization, therefore, the main processes of this item and the application of management indicators that determine the use and functionality of the assets in the company are considered, as well as the reflection of the real information in the financial statements. The investigative methodology is framed in a mixed approach and applies transversality when applying control tools, which allows analyzing the regulations that regulate the public and private sector in the management of fixed assets and their financial effects, achieving that the results show the level of risk, compliance with processes and influencing factors in the financial part of the company, as well as their management.KEYWORDS: Fixed assets; management; internal control.
