  El transporte público ecuatoriano ayuda a la población a trasladarse de un lugar a otro maximizando la economía, pero su incremento tanto en las unidades como en los usuarios ha generado una serie de problemas que evitan brindar un servicio de calidad, puntualidad, seguridad y comodidad; es en este sentido que la presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de implementar el sistema prepago de transporte público que brinde agilidad y eficiencia en el cobro de pasajes a los usuarios de la Cooperativa Flota Anteña, utilizando para ello la tecnología QR y generando de esta manera una CAJA COMÚN VIRTUAL que centralice el fondo económico evitando el conocido “correteo” por parte de las unidades. En el trabajo se aplicó dos métodos de investigación, uno de ellos: el Método analítico, el cual permitió analizar los procesos de cobro de pasajes en el transporte; con el método sintético se determinó los requerimientos a implementar en el Sistema Prepago, además, la encuesta a los usuarios y la entrevista a las personas que están vinculados a la propuesta, ayudaron a determinar los resultados obtenidos, como la mejora notoria al momento de realizar el cobro de los pasajes, el control y distribución más equitativa de los ingresos económicos generados por las unidades de transporte obteniendo del fondo común mucho más eficiente y evitando así el correteo que se produce al pelear por usuarios durante los recorridos de las rutas, beneficiándose de esta manera el público en general y la Cooperativa Flota Anteña.PALABRAS CLAVE: Prepago, Transporte, Pasajeros, Control, Producción

  VIRTUAL COMMON BOX WITH PREPAID SYSTEM OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND QR TECHNOLOGY. In the work two methods of investigation were applied, one of them: the Analytical Method, which allowed to analyze the processes of collection of tickets in the transport; With the synthetic method, the requirements to be implemented in the Prepaid System were determined, in addition, the user survey and the interview with the people who are linked to the proposal, helped determine the results obtained, such as the noticeable improvement at the time of making the collection of the tickets, the most equitable control and distribution of the economic income generated by the transport units obtaining from the common fund much more efficient and thus avoiding the brokerage that occurs when fighting by users during the routes of the routes, benefiting from This way the general public and the Flota Anteña Cooperative.KEYWORDS: Prepaid, Transportation, Passengers, Control, Production.
