El estrés en los servidores policiales del sur de Guayaquil

    En momentos de conmoción, la sociedad exige al Policía sensatez, tolerancia, tranquilidad y capacidad de resolución de conflictos, a través del manejo mismo de la crisis, considerando que no a todos les puede agradar y que sus decisiones no siempre se guiarán a intereses de minorías, sino prevaleciendo el marco legal que nos engloba. Objetivo: El presente artículo pretende enfocarse en la identificación del ESTRÉS, en los servidores policiales del Distrito Sur de Guayaquil, esto debido que es un factor de tipo intrínseco, que a medida de las posibilidades y técnicas se puede conocer e informar oportunamente para su debido tratamiento Métodos: Se ha considerado inclinar por el tipo investigativo de muestreo probabilístico (aleatorio) y muestreo aleatorio por conglomerados o áreas. Además, para el desarrollo de este artículo se orientó por levantar información a través de una encuesta previamente diseñada, aplicada a sesenta y cuatro elementos policiales pertenecientes al Servicio Preventivo del Distrito Sur de Guayaquil, por otro lado, artículos y tesis relacionados al tema que sirvieron de base para obtener dicha información Resultados: Una vez analizados los resultados obtenidos, se pudo conocer que 48 de los 64 elementos policiales tienen estrés laboral de nivel medio, 7 de los 64 tienen estrés laboral de nivel bajo y 9 de los 64 encuestados tienen estrés laboral de nivel alto. Conclusiones: El estrés es un mal que aqueja al 89.1% de los servidores policiales, por lo que ha sido evidente notar la falta de energía, motivación, rendimiento laboral, irritación, entre otros.PALABRAS CLAVE: estrés; Policía Nacional; Guayaquil.

Objective: This article aims to focus on the identification of "STRESS" in the police servers of the Southern District of Guayaquil, this because it is an intrinsic factor, which according to the possibilities and techniques can be known and reported in a timely manner to its due treatment Methods: It has been considered to lean towards the investigative type of probability sampling (random) and random sampling by clusters or areas. In addition, for the development of this article, it was oriented to collect information through a previously designed survey, applied to sixty-four police elements belonging to the Preventive Service of the Southern District of Guayaquil, on the other hand, articles and theses related to the subject that served base to obtain this information Results: Once the results obtained were analyzed, it was found that 48 of the 64 police officers have medium level work stress, 7 of the 64 have low level work stress and 9 of the 64 respondents have stress high-level workforce. Conclusions: Stress is an evil that afflicts 89.1% of police servants, so it has been evident to note the lack of energy, motivation, work performance, irritation, among others.KEYWORDS: Stress; National police; Guayaquil.
