Los procesos productivos y su incidencia en el costo-beneficio de los fruticultores de Quevedo

    El Ecuador es un país agrícola que aporta al desarrollo económico de los procesos productivos. A partir del análisis de los diferentes procesos productivos en el sector agrícola se han evidenciado inconsistencias que conllevan al siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cómo lograr incrementar los niveles de producción de frutas tropicales en el cantón Quevedo para garantizar los procesos productivos en el sector agrícola?, por lo que el objetivo de la investigación se concreta en diseñar una estrategia para incrementar los niveles de producción de frutas tropicales en el sector agrícola del cantón Quevedo. Los estudios fueron realizados a productores y socios de APROBANEC, con el empleo de métodos y técnicas de investigación desde el nivel teóricos inductivos deductivos, analítico - sintético y se empleó la encuesta y el método sistémico estructural funcional para le elaboración de la estrategia. Dentro de los principales resultados alcanzados está el fortalecimiento de la calidad de frutas tropicales en el sector agrícola; se logra la cadena de valor para facilitar su inserción en mercados nacionales e internacionales; se contribuye con la línea estratégica en el fortalecimiento de la cadena de valor y su incidencia en el costo-beneficio de los fruticultores del cantón Quevedo; se logra instrumentar las diferente líneas de acción donde se destacan el análisis situacional de la productividad impulsando el cambio de la matriz productiva, la situación socio-económica de los procesos agro-productivos.PALABRAS CLAVE: Comercialización; productividad; rentabilidad; valor agregado.

    THE PRODUCTIVE PROCESSES AND THEIR INCIDENCE IN THE COST-BENEFIT OF THE FRUIT FARMERS OF QUEVEDOABSTRACTEcuador is an agricultural country that contributes to the economic development to productive processes. From the analysis of the different productive processes in agricultural sector, inconsistencies have been evidenced that lead to the following research problem: ¿How to achieve the production levels of tropical fruits in the Quevedo to guarantee the productive processes in the agricultural sector? , so the objective of the research is to design a strategy to increase the production levels of tropical fruits in the agricultural sector to Quevedo. The studies were realized to producers and partners of APROBANEC, with the employment of methods and technologies of investigation from the level theoretical inductive deductive, analytical - synthetic and there used the survey and the systemic structural functional method for him production of the strategy. Among the main results achieved is the strengthening of the quality of tropical fruits in the agricultural sector; the value chain is achieved to facilitate its insertion in national and international markets; it contributes with the strategic line in the strengthening of the chain of value and its incidence in the cost-benefit of the fruit farmers to Quevedo; it is possible to implement the different lines of action where the situational analysis of productivity stands out, promoting the change of the productive matrix, the socio-economic situation of the agro-productive processes.KEYWORDS: Marketing; productivity; profitability; value added.
