    El siglo XXI demanda nuevas metas para la educación superior cubana, resulta necesario diseñar vías para la autogestión del conocimiento en la formación del pregrado desde el contexto actual. En el estudio realizado se pudo apreciar la existencia de insuficiencias en el desarrollo de hábitos, habilidades, capacidades para la autogestión del conocimiento de manera integral y su vínculo con los ejes del desarrollo sostenible, para la solución de dichas insuficiencias proponemos como objetivo modelar las vías para la autogestión del conocimiento desde la asignatura Introducción a los Estudios Literarios en la formación de pregrado desde donde se desarrolle los tipos de aprendizajes que le permitan no solo emplear el conocimientos, sino que sepa aplicarlos en su práctica, garantizando la adquisición de una ética de ser.PALABRAS CLAVE: autogestión del conocimiento; tipos de aprendizaje; desarrollo sostenible.

    Self-management of knowledge in undergraduate training for teachers of Spanish-Literature in Higher Education ABSTRACT The 21st century demands new goals for Cuban higher education, it is necessary to design ways for self-management of knowledge in undergraduate training from the current context. In the study carried out, it was possible to appreciate the existence of deficiencies in the development of habits, skills, capacities for the self-management of knowledge in an integral way and its link with the axes of sustainable development, for the solution of these deficiencies we propose as an objective to model the pathways for the self-management of knowledge from the subject Introduction to Literary Studies in undergraduate training from where the types of learning are developed that allow them not only to use the knowledge, but also to know how to apply them in their practice, guaranteeing the acquisition of an ethics of to be.KEYWORDS: self-management of the knowledge; learning types; sustainable development.
