Resumen de Mercado y gobierno desde la perspectiva filosófica del racionalismo

  El estudio permitió establecer los fundamentos filosóficos del mercado y el Gobierno. Dentro de este marco, el mercado se concibe como un orden espontáneo que se sustenta en el racionalismo evolucionista que reconoce la abstracción como único instrumento con el que nuestra mente puede tratar una realidad; en cambio, el Gobierno constituye un orden construido fundamentado en el racionalismo constructivista que no reconoce los conceptos abstractos, son el resultado del diseño humano. De este modo, la intervención estatal del Gobierno, al ser un orden construido, no debe obstaculizar el orden espontáneo del mercado, sino por el contrario, debería fijar las condiciones esenciales para que fluyan los intercambios en los diversos mercados. Sin embargo, en la mayoría de casos, los Gobiernos de los diversos países terminan interfiriendo de manera excesiva en los mercados, ocasionando en algunos casos, ciertos privilegios y afectando de esta manera el orden espontáneo del mercado.

  The study allowed to establish the philosophical foundations of the market and the government. Within this framework, the market is conceived as a spontaneous order that is based on evolutionary rationalism that recognizes abstraction as the only instrument with which our mind can deal with a reality; instead, the government constitutes a built order based on constructivist rationalism that does not recognize abstract concepts, they are the result of human design. In this way, the state intervention of the government, being a built order, should not hinder the spontaneous order of the market, but on the contrary, should set the essential conditions for exchanges to flow in the various markets. However, in most cases, the governments of the various countries end up excessively interfering in the markets, causing in some cases, certain privileges and thus affecting the spontaneous order of the market.
