    Esta investigación analiza la satisfacción laboral en el sector de calzado del estado de Guana-juato, México, ante el impacto de la pandemia por COVID-19 (SLTPscalzado). En el estudio se consideró la participación de 231 colaboradores, afectados por la pandemia del COVID; así como las variables de condiciones laborales, y empresa segura y saludable, como determinantes de SLTPScalzado. Para realizar el análisis, se modela un sistema de ecuaciones estructurales que arrojo un buen ajuste para validar la dependencia entre las variables indicadas y SLTPscalzado. Determinando que los colaboradores perciben como elementos esenciales en sus condiciones la-borales, la estabilidad económica, oportunidad de crecimiento y espacios de comunicación. Tam-bién creen que una empresa segura y saludable implica una gestión e infraestructura adecuada, factores que influyen en su satisfacción laboral.

    This research analyzes the Job Satisfaction in the Footwear sector in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, in Times of COVID-19 Pandemic (JSFTPfootware). A participation of 231 collaborators, affected by the COVID pandemic, were considered in the study; as well as the variables of “wor-king conditions” and “a safe and healthy company”, as determinants of JSFTPfootware. To carry out the analysis, a system of structural equations was modeled that yielded a good fit to validate the dependence between the indicated variables and JSFTPfootware. It was determined em-ployees perceive as essential elements in their working conditions, the economic stability, the growth opportunity and the communication spaces. Their also belief that to be in a safe and healthy company, implies adequate management and infraestructure, being factors that influence their job satisfaction
