    En el presente artículo se identificó la relación entre el diseño de rutas turísticas y la promoción del patrimonio material y natural de la provincia de Sullana-Perú, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de las comunidades anfitrionas involucradas en la actividad turística. El estudio es de naturaleza correlacional y se trabajó con una muestra de 399 personas de la provincia de Sullana, con un margen de error del 5%. Los resultados obtenidos reflejaron que es necesario el diseño de rutas turísticas para la promoción del patrimonio material y natural, a través de estrategias de promoción, como son: redes sociales, capacitaciones, ferias gastronómicas y ferias temáticas

    In this article, the relationship between the design of tourist routes and the promotion of the material and natural heritage of the Sullana-Peru province was identified, in order to improve the quality of life of the host communities involved in the tourist activity. The study is correlational in nature and it worked with a sample of 399 people from the province of Sullana, with a margin of error of 5%. The results obtained reflected that it is necessary to design tourist routes for the promotion of material and natural heritage, through promotional strategies, such as: social networks, trainings, gastronomic fairs and thematic fairs.
