Resumen de Altas Capacidades Ocultas: un Estudio sobre las Altas Capacidades entre el Alumnado Migrante de la Comunidad de Madrid. Tesis Adscrita al Proyecto Europeo IMMERSE

  Este pre-plan de investigación se enmarca dentro del proyecto H2020 IMMERSE (“Mapeode la integración de niños refugiados y migrantes en escuelas y otros entornosexperienciales en Europa”), y pretende investigar la inclusión educativa, la identificación yla atención a las necesidades específicas del alumnado migrante con Altas Capacidades. Losobjetivos operativos son: (1) identificar estereotipos entre el profesorado (2) analizar lossesgos en el proceso de identificación, (3) considerar el uso de material psicométricoapropiado, (4) analizar si existe una correcta implementación de medidas deenriquecimiento, según indica la legislación. Se plantea usar técnicas tanto cuantitativascomo cualitativas, dando voz mediante talleres y entrevistas a los propios niños y a susfamilias. Como resultado de esta investigación se espera (1) redactar y promover una seriede claves para la correcta inclusión educativa de estos niños, (2) mejorar la atención a ladiversidad derivada de sus características, (3) aportar nuevos materiales de utilidad paraprofesores, orientadores y otros miembros de la comunidad educativa.

  This pre-research plan is part of the H2020 IMMERSE project (“Integration Mapping ofRefugee and Migrant Children in Schools and Other Experiential Environments inEurope”), and aims to investigate educational inclusion, identification and attention tospecific needs of gifted migrant students. The operational objectives are: (1) to identifystereotypes among the teachers (2) to analyze the biases in the identification process, (3) toconsider the use of appropriate psychometric material, (4) to analyze if there is a correctimplementation of enrichment measures, according to the legislation. We propose to useboth quantitative and qualitative techniques, giving voice to the children themselves andtheir families through workshops and interviews. As a result of this research we expect (1)to write and promote key points for the correct educational inclusion of these children, (2)to improve attention to the diversity derived from their characteristics, (3) to provide newuseful materials for teachers, counselors and other members of the educational community.
