    El propósito de esta investigación es analizar las diversas aristas del Modelo Restaurativo dentro de la Justicia Penal Juvenil. Tal abordaje resulta necesario debido a la importancia que conlleva el conocimiento del instituto dentro de la práctica jurídica del Abogado. Esta tarea fue conseguida a través de la revisión bibliográfica y la comprensión personal de la figura estudiada. El análisis busca esclarecer las dudas con respecto al tema de estudio y su inserción en la legislación paraguaya. Con la inclusión de un modelo restaurativo lo que se busca es resarcir el daño causado por el infractor, haciendo hincapié en las necesidades del autor, la víctima y la sociedad, no solamente en la sanción, sino también restaurando la armonía en la sociedad.

    The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the various edges of the Restorative Model within Juvenile Criminal Justice. Such an approach is necessary due to the importance of knowing the institute within the lawyer's legal practice. This task was accomplished through bibliographic review and personal understanding of the figure studied. The analysis seeks to clarify doubts regarding the subject of study and its insertion in Paraguayan legislation. With the inclusion of a restorative model, what is sought is to compensate the damage caused by the offender, emphasizing the needs of the author, the victim and society, not only in sanction, but also restoring harmony in society.
