    En la investigación desarrollada se realizó un estudio cuyo propósito fue mejorar gradualmente el trámite ineludible de las incidencias en las entidades del MINCIN de la provincia de Ciego de Ávila. Se aplicó para ello diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación científica, siendo el Histórico-Lógico suficiente para determinar antecedentes fundamentales, el Analítico-Sintético, el Hipotético-Deductivo ayudando en el avance de las características propias del proceso en cuestión, el Sistémico-Estructural para la determinación de herramientas propicias y por último la observación y la entrevista. Se precisó aplicar y trabajar con una población de 12 personas, todas ellas involucradas de alguna manera en los procesos definidos a informatizar y estudiados por partes mientras se avanzaba en la investigación. El estudio realizado trajo como resultado que precisamente el desarrollo de un sistema informático para la gestión de incidencias del MINCIN contribuyera a mejorar el trámite de las incidencias en estas entidades. Concluyendo entonces que las herramientas seleccionadas fueron las necesarias para determinar un desarrollo satisfactorio del sistema informático.

    In the research carried out, a study was carried out whose purpose was to gradually improve the unavoidable processing of incidents in the entities of the MINCIN in the province of Ciego de Ávila. Different methods and techniques of scientific research were applied for this, being the Historical-Logical enough to determine fundamental antecedents, the Analytical-Synthetic, the Hypothetical-Deductive helping in the advancement of the characteristics of the process in question, the Systemic-Structural to the determination of suitable tools and finally the observation and the interview. It was necessary to apply and work with a population of 12 people, all of them involved in some way in the processes defined to be computerized and studied in parts while the research was progressing. The study carried out brought as a result that precisely the development of a computerized system for the management of incidents of the MINCIN contributed to improve the processing of incidents in these entities. Concluding then that the selected tools were those necessary to determine a satisfactory development of the computer system.
