    La toma de decisiones en la gestión de incidencias es de vital importancia en la ejecución de las funciones de los directivos en las organizaciones. Provee a la máxima dirección de las empresas una información estadística, exacta y oportuna que permite analizar, discutir e interpretar los resultados de las incidencias y comentarios emitidos por la población. En el Ministerio de Comercio Interior (MINCIN) de la provincia de Ciego de Ávila existe un sistema que permite gestionar las incidencias, sin embargo, no posibilita a los directivos la toma de decisiones. Existen deficiencias dadas fundamentalmente por el contenido de las incidencias que no se encuentra organizada, clasificada ni agrupada. Se utilizaron como métodos, el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, modelación y como técnicas de investigación la encuesta y la entrevista. El nuevo sistema se implementa con el entorno de desarrollo Node.js, utilizando el framework Express.js y Objection.js, utilizando el gestor de base de datos PostgreSQL que garantiza la seguridad requerida. El objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar un módulo para la toma de decisiones sobre las incidencias en las entidades del MINCIN en la provincia de Ciego de Ávila. La nueva propuesta permite contar con una herramienta que ayude a los directivos facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones de las incidencias en el MINCIN y entidades gubernamentales. Se realizará un análisis estadístico de la cantidad de incidencias entre entidades. Además de los comentarios positivos y negativos por incidencias y entidad. Permitirá él envió de notificaciones a los directivos con alertas tempranas para tomar decisiones efectivas.

    Decision-making in incident management is of vital importance in the execution of the functions of managers in organizations. It provides the top management of companies with statistical, accurate and timely information that allows analyzing, discussing and interpreting the results of incidents and comments issued by the population. In the Ministry of Internal Trade (MINCIN) of the province of Ciego de Ávila there is a system that allows managing incidents; however, it does not allow managers to make decisions. There are deficiencies fundamentally due to the content of the incidents that is not organized, classified or grouped. Historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, modeling, and survey and interview techniques were used as methods of investigation. The new system is implemented with the Node.js development environment, using the Express.js and Objection.js framework, using the PostgreSQL database manager that guarantees the required security. The objective of the research is to develop a module for decision-making on incidents in MINCIN entities in the province of Ciego de Ávila. The new proposal provides a tool that helps managers facilitate the decision-making process of incidents in the MINCIN and government entities. A statistical analysis of the number of incidents between entities will be carried out. In addition to the positive and negative comments for incidents and entity. It will allow him to send notifications to managers with early warnings to make effective decisions.
