  La inclusión educativa es de obligada referencia en la actualidad, la misma se encuentra en la Educación Especial, educación donde se encuentran las raíces de la inclusión educativa. El concepto de inclusión es asumido plenamente, en lugar del de integración, pasándose de pensar en el individuo que se integra a pensar en el contexto que debe satisfacer las necesidades de todos los que se encuentran en él. Por lo tanto, los aspectos institucionales adquieren mayor importancia, orientadas a fortalecer la institución, promover el trabajo colaborativo y la responsabilidad de todos los profesionales en la toma de decisiones y su ejecución, unido a ello se encuentra el uso de la TIC en los procesos educativos, los que constituyen pilares de la sociedad cubana. De acuerdo con lo referido, el objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la incidencia de la cultura inclusiva y las TIC, en las instituciones educativas como pilares de la sociedad cubana. Se realiza un análisis bibliométrico orientado al análisis de los artículos científicos que presentan resultados sobre la cultura inclusiva y las TIC como pilar de la sociedad cubana.

In agreement with it related, the objective of the present work is to analyze the incidence of the inclusive culture and the TIC, in the educational institutes as pillars of the Cuban society. It carries out to him a found one's bearings bibliometric analysis to the analysis of the scientific articles that presents results on the inclusive culture and the TIC as pillar of the Cuban society.
