Resumen de Formación integral del técnico superior en Administración de Redes y Seguridad Informática desde la Práctica Profesional

  El creciente movimiento de la vida de las personas al entorno digital ha incidido directamente en el crecimiento de las redes de computadoras. Además, la tecnología que soporta este movimiento se desarrolla a velocidades nunca imaginadas, condicionada por las propias necesidades crecientes de los hombres. Por lo que se necesita profesionales dedicados a la gestión de estas redes que sean flexibles para adoptar los avances tecnológicos para satisfacer las necesidades organizacionales. Cuba no ha estado exenta de esta evolución, con la llegada de Internet y su utilización en las organizaciones, entidades y población en general ha promovido que la atención a los servicios de las redes y su  seguridad ha sido un elemento de preocupación por parte del gobierno. Por lo que emana la necesidad de formar profesionales en más corto tiempo con este encargo social de gestionar estas redes de computadoras. Teniendo en cuenta lo antes expuesto y la capacidad de adaptación de la educación superior cubana, se diseña el Programa de Formación del Nivel de Educación Superior de Ciclo Corto en Administración de Redes y Seguridad Informática. Donde se cuenta con la asignatura Práctica Profesional que integra el sistema de conocimientos de las demás asignaturas impartidas en el programa para el desempeño real en los entornos de trabajos de los organizamos empleadores. Atendiendo a lo anteriormente planteado el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer las experiencias sobre la formación de técnicos superiores en Administración de Redes y Seguridad Informática desde el desarrollo de la asignatura Práctica Profesional.

  The growing movement of people's lives into the digital environment has directly influenced the growth of computer networks. Moreover, the technology that supports this movement is developing at speeds never imagined, conditioned by men's own growing needs. Therefore, there is a need for professionals dedicated to the management of these networks who are flexible to adopt technological advances to meet organizational needs. Cuba has not been exempt from this evolution, with the arrival of the Internet and its use in the organizations, entities and population in general, it has promoted that the attention to the services of the networks and their security has been an element of concern on the part of the government. Therefore, there is a need to train professionals in a shorter time with this social task of managing these computer networks. Taking into account the above-mentioned and the adaptation capacity of Cuban higher education, the Training Program of the Higher Education Level of Short Cycle in Network Administration and Computer Security was created. Where there is the subject Professional Practice that integrates the knowledge system of the other subjects given in the program for the real performance in the working environments of the employers. Taking into account the above, the objective of this paper is to present the experiences on the training of senior technicians in Network Administration and Computer Security from the development of the subject Professional Practice.
