Resumen de AUDAT 2.0: Sistema de auditoría de datos para la Contraloría General de la República

  En la actualidad existen diferentes sistemas diseñados para el proceso de auditoría de datos, pero estos presentan como limitante ser propietarias o que sus funcionalidades son muy genéricas. La presente investigación se centra en el desarrollo de un software de aplicación para la gestión del proceso de auditorías de la Contraloría General de la República (CGR), el cual proporciona un aumento en la calidad del proceso auditor, optimizando el trabajo al minimizar la carga manual actual y, por ende, facilitando la toma de decisiones. Para su desarrollo se tuvo en cuenta el uso de tecnologías libres empleando para el modelado la herramienta Visual Paradigm for UML 8.0, para el diseño de interfaces la librería SWING de Java, para el diseño de base de datos el sistema gestor de bases de datos SQLite, lenguaje de programación Java 8 y NetBeans como entorno de desarrollo. El sistema implementado garantiza el soporte informático necesario para el tratamiento de la información en el proceso de auditoría de datos realizado en la CGR, logrando la optimización de este proceso. Permite que los auditores puedan manipular las fuentes de datos de los sistemas auditados a partir de la importación de datos desde diferentes ficheros como: SQLite, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, dBase y CSV y de los gestores de base de datos PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server y Oracle. Muestra de forma gráfica los resultados de filtros o extracciones de registros. Además de realizar diferentes análisis estadísticos como muestreos aleatorios y sistemáticos.

  Today there are different systems designed for the audit process data, but these present themselves as owning or limiting their functionality are very generic. The present investigation focuses on the development of an application software for the management of the auditing process of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR), which provides an increase in the quality of the auditor process, optimizing the work by minimizing the burden current manual and, therefore, facilitating decision making. For its development the use of free technologies was taken into account, using for the modeling the Visual Paradigm for UML 8.0 tool, for the design of the Java SWING library interfaces, for the database design the SQLite database management system, Java 8 programming language and NetBeans as a development environment. The implemented system guarantees the necessary computer support for the processing of the information in the data audit process carried out in the CGR, achieving the optimization of this process. It allows the auditors to manipulate the data sources of the audited systems from the import of data from different files such as: SQLite, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, dBase and CSV and the database managers PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle.
