Resumen de Sistema Automatizado para la gestión de información en rehabilitación

Los objetivos perseguidos en este trabajo son brindar una solución automatizada, flexible y única a todo el procesodel flujo de la información en los centros de Rehabilitación que actualmente, en su mayoría, se hace de formamanual.Para darle solución a estos problemas se decidió desarrollar una aplicación Web, basada en tecnología PHP5 y congestor de base de datos MySQL. El sistema propuesto contribuirá a que toda la información sea accesible, obteniendoademás, una reducción del tiempo en las búsquedas de información. Por otra parte, permitirá mejorar las condicionesde trabajo del personal, evitándoles el agotamiento y demora que produce el procesamiento manual de la informaciónal contribuir positivamente en el almacenamiento y control de esta. El sistema incorpora un sistema de reportesestadísticos guiados por plantillas aprobadas por el MINSAP para la recogida de datos a nivel nacional, rápido accesoa las estadísticas de los pacientes atendidos en dichas salas. El sistema se encuentra en fase de prueba funcional, parahacer un Piloto posteriormente en las Salas de Rehabilitación.

The objective of this work is to bring an automated, flexible, and unique solution to the whole process of informationflow in the rehabilitation centers, where in most of them is done manually. To find a way out to this problem it wasdecided to develop a web application based on PHP5 and MySQL database Technology. The system suggested willcontribute to have immediate access to the whole information introduced in the system, reducing time in theinformation searches.On the other hand, it will allow to improve the working conditions of the workforce, avoiding them to get exhaustedbecause of the delay that produces the manual process of the information search in these Rehabilitation Centers.This system will also help to store and control all the information introduced in it in a very effective way. The systembrings with a system of statistic reports guided by templates approved by MINSAP ministry to the collection of dataat national level, providing a fast access to the statistics of the patients assisted at these rehabilitation rooms.This system is still in a phase of functional testing of its quality and effectiveness. It is expected to make forward afunctional testing of it at the Rehabilitation centers.
