     El Centro de Tecnologías de Gestión de Datos de la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas cuenta con el Proyecto para la Informatización de los Procesos Electorales Cubanos, encargado de desarrollar los sistemas informáticos de apoyo al trabajo realizado en las comisiones electorales de Cuba. El software encargado de la gestión de la información de los electos posterior a los procesos eleccionarios Sistema para la Gestión de Electos v1.0 presenta un grupo de deficiencias en la realización de sus tareas. Debido a esto, el objetivo de la presente investigación es desarrollar un nuevo sistema que contribuya a la gestión de dicha información. Para guiar el proceso de desarrollo del sistema se empleó la metodología AUP_UCI, el lenguaje de modelado UML v2.5, las herramientas Visual Paradigm para UML v8.0, NetBeansIDE v8.0, ExtJS v4.2, JavaScript, Symfony v2.7, PHP v5.5, YAML, PostgreSQL v9.4, PgAdmin III, JasperReports v6.1, Tomcat v7.0 y Apache Web Server v2.2. Además, se realizó el análisis, diseño e implementación del software obteniéndose como resultado el Sistema para la Gestión de Electos v2.0. Para comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema se realizaron pruebas funcionales, de seguridad y de rendimiento.

    The Center for Data Management Technologies of the University of Information Sciences has the Project for the Computerization of Cuban Electoral Processes, in charge of developing the computer systems to support the work carried out in the electoral commissions of Cuba. The software in charge of the management of the information of the elect after the electoral processes System for the Management of Elect v1.0 presents a group of deficiencies in the accomplishment of its tasks. Due to this, the objective of the present investigation is to develop a new system that contributes to the management of this information. To guide the development process of the system we used the AUP_UCI methodology, the UML v2.5 modeling language, the Visual Paradigm tools for UML v8.0, NetBeans IDE v8.0, ExtJS v4.2, JavaScript, Symfony v2.7, PHP v5.5, YAML, PostgreSQL v9.4, PgAdmin III, JasperReports v6.1, Tomcat v7.0 and Apache Web Server v2.2. In addition, we performed the analysis, design and implementation of the software resulting in the System for the Management of Elect v2.0. In order to verify the correct functioning of the system, functional, safety and performance tests were carried out.
