En la actualidad resulta de interés por la sociedad y el gobierno el conocimiento de las características de los inmuebles del país. Tanto sus características, como sus pobladores y el estado de los inmuebles para la toma de decisiones. Hasta el momento según profesores y especialistas de la facultad de arquitectura de nuestra universidad, no se cuenta con una guía que ayude en la toma de decisiones para acciones de demolición que se toman en inmuebles que pueden recuperarse desde el punto de vista técnico. Además, a pesar de tener una estrecha relación tanto la valoración cultural como el estado técnico de las edificaciones se encuentran separados según los intereses de las entidades que las gestionan. El trabajo presenta una propuesta de aplicación web que nace de la necesidad de contar con un sistema que gestione la información correspondiente a los valores culturales, estado técnico constructivo, intervenciones constructivas, así como los núcleos familiares, personas y características de estos en los diferentes inmuebles a través de un SIG con el fin de ayudar en la toma de decisiones acerca de las edificaciones y el comportamiento de sus ciudadanos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar un sistema de información geográfica web que permita consultar los datos referentes a edificaciones del municipio, integrando la información social y arquitectónica para ser manejadas en un SIG.

At present, the knowledge of the characteristics of the country's properties is of interest for society and thegovernment. Both its characteristics, as its residents and the state of the buildings for decision making. So far,according to professors and specialists of the faculty of architecture of our university, there is no guide that helps inthe decision making for demolition actions that are taken in buildings that can be recovered from the technical pointof view. In addition, despite having a close relationship both the cultural assessment and the technical condition of the buildings are separated according to the interests of the entities that manage them. The work presents a webapplication proposal that arises from the need to have a system that manages the information corresponding tocultural values, constructive technical status, constructive interventions, as well as the family nuclei, people andcharacteristics of these in the different buildings through a GIS in order to help in making decisions about buildingsand the behavior of its citizens. The objective of this work is to develop a web geographic information system thatallows to consult the data referring to buildings of the municipality, integrating social and architectural informationto be managed in a GIS.Until now according to professors and specialists of the faculty of architecture of ouruniversity, he does not count on a guide that you help in the overtaking for actions of demolition that they take atimmovable that can be recovered from the technical point of view.
