    En los últimos meses, el Tribunal Constitucional ha emitido cuatro sentencias en las que enjuicia distintas normas aprobadas por la Comunidad Autónoma de Cataluña en materia de vivienda, y declara parte de ellas contrarias a la Constitución. En el examen que realiza, el Tribunal sistematiza y fija la jurisprudencia más relevante en relación con la distribución de competencias Estado-Comunidades Autónomas en materia de vivienda, así como con los límites de estas últimas para regular determinados aspectos por medio de decreto-ley

    Over the last months, the Spanish Constitutional Court has issued four decisions in which it ruled out various regulations passed by the Autonomous Region of Catalonia on housing, declaring some of them to be contrary to the Constitution. In its review, the Court systematises and establishes the most relevant jurisprudence in relation to the distribution of State-Autonomous Regions competences in the area of housing, as well as the limits of the Regions to regulate certain aspects of that by means of decree-law.
