Los padres de familia y su función en las clases virtuales en educación inicial durante la pandemia

    Los padres de familia y la función que cumplieron en tiempos de pandemia como los principales facilitadores dentro del hogar a pesar de que tuvieron que afrontar retos inesperados de un día para el otro en la formación de sus hijos, es motivo de análisis en el ámbito escolar. Actualmente, el país refiere pocas investigaciones sobre el acompañamiento de los padres en la educación de los infantes de cuatro a seis años, así, este artículo será de gran aporte pues analiza los aspectos que influyeron en esta modalidad. Con el objetivo de tener datos enmarcados en esta línea se desarrolló esta investigación que aplicó el método cuantitativo-descriptivo, mediante una encuesta online destinada a padres de la parroquia de Pintag, con un total de 66 participantes que tienen hijos entre cuatro a seis años. Se analizó el control emocional, tiempo empleado en el acompañamiento, beneficios, desventajas, uso de plataformas y dispositivos tecnológicos. Los hallazgos demostraron que quienes apoyaron más a los escolares fueron las madres de familia, los encuestados en general dijeron sentirse medianamente preparados, manifestaron estar estresados y cansados, en cuanto al tiempo dedicado fue de 1 a 2 horas. En conclusión, en la población seleccionada las madres de familia fueron las guías principales en el proceso de aprendizaje de sus hijos, los encuestados en general se sentían medianamente preparados y con altos niveles de estrés.

    Parents and their role in virtual classes in early education during the pandemic ABSTRACT Parents and the role they played in times of a pandemic as the main facilitators within the home even though they had to face unexpected challenges from one day to the next in the training of their children, is reason for analysis in the school environment. Currently, the country reports little research on the accompaniment of parents in the education of infants between four and six years old, thus, this article will be of great contribution as it analyzes the aspects that influenced this modality. With the aim of having data framed in this line, this research was developed that applied the quantitative-descriptive method, through an online survey aimed at parents of the Pintag parish, with a total of 66 participants who have children between four and six years old. Emotional control, time spent in the accompaniment, benefits, disadvantages, use of platforms and technological devices were analyzed. The findings showed that those who most supported the schoolchildren were the mothers of the family, the respondents in general said they felt moderately prepared, they said they were stressed and tired, and the time spent was 1 to 2 hours. In conclusion, in the selected population, mothers were the main guides in the learning process of their children, the respondents in general felt moderately prepared and with high levels of stress.
