    En el presente artículo pretende abordar el tema de la interculturalidad a partir de la cotidianidad, en tanto que lugar preferente de la interacción entre sujeto provenientes de culturas diferentes. Se busca mostrar que dicha interacción es esencialmente conflictiva. Esta conflictividad propia de los encuentros interculturales cotidianos mostrará su carácter paradojal en tanto que exhibe, junto a su evidente sesgo negativo, uno positivo. El sesgo negativo viene dado por la existencia de una hostilidad que puede escalar hasta la violencia, en tanto que herida o daño que provoca víctimas. El escorzo positivo se relaciona con que el conflicto tiene la potencialidad de ser fuente de aprendizaje y crecimiento puesto que puede contribuir a disminuir tanto el miedo como el error que originan gran parte de la hostilidad.

    This article aims to address the issue of interculturality from the point of view of everyday life, as the preferred place of interaction between subjects coming from different cultures. The aim is to show that such interaction is essentially conflictive. This conflictuality, typical of everyday intercultural encounters, will show its paradoxical character insofar as it exhibits, together with its evident negative side, a positive one. The negative side is given by the existence of a hostility that can escalate to violence, in the sense of injury or harm that provokes victims. The positive side is related to the fact that conflict has the potential to be a source of learning and growth, since it can contribute to diminishing both fear and error, which are at the origin of much of the hostility.
