    Este trabajo parte de una breve revisión sobre el estado actual del proceso transicional español, un proceso que, lejos de ser ejemplar, está plagado de nexos y continuidades con la dictadura franquista y no garantiza el derecho a la verdad, justicia, reparación y garantías de no repetición. Se trata, por tanto, de un proceso inconcluso que continúa despertando intensas disputas políticas en torno a cada uno de estos ámbitos. Partiendo de este análisis, se estudia la necesidad de incorporar la perspectiva de género en los pasos que actualmente se están dando (y en los que se puedan dar en el futuro) en cada una de las dimensiones que conforman el andamiaje teórico-práctico de la justicia transicional de cara a lograr políticas de memoria más justas e inclusivas. Para ello se analizan discursos políticos, iniciativas legislativas y testimonios de supervivientes.

    This work is based on a brief review of the current state of the Spanish transitional process. Spanish transition to democracy cannot be considered an exemplary process because of its ties and continuities with the Franco dictatorship and because it does not guarantee the right to truth, justice, reparation, and guarantees of non-repetition. It is, therefore, an unfinished process that arouses intense political disputes around each of these areas. Based on the analysis of political discourses, legislative initiatives and testimonies of survivors, we will explore the need to incorporate the gender perspective in the steps that are currently being taken (and in those that may be taken in the future) in each of the dimensions that make up the theoretical-practical framework of transitional justice. The goal is to achieve fairer and more inclusive memory policies.
