Asesinato y ocultación del cadáver por desesperación y miedo social

    Caso de asesinato perpetrado en el ámbito de VIOGEN. La toxicidad de la relación era muy nociva a raíz del grave Trastorno de Personalidad Límite (TLP) que sufría la víctima. El victimario decide acabar con la vida de ella mediante el uso de un arma blanca (hacha) por las acaloradas y frecuentes discusiones existente entre ambos. Posteriormente, el agresor entierra el cadáver en su propio domicilio y, por miedo social y desesperación de lo acontecido, mantiene su cadáver inhumado a lo largo de unos 10 meses hasta que el cuerpo fue geolocalizado por las fuerzas públicas del orden.

    Murder case perpetrated within the scope of VioGen. The toxicity of the relationship was extremely harmful due to the severe Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) suffered by the victim. The perpetrator decided to end the victim’s life by using a blade (axe) following heated and frequent discussions between the two. Subsequently, the aggressor buried the body in his own home and, as a result of social fear and despair in the light of the event, kept the body buried for about 10 months until it was geolocated by the forces of law and order.
