Resumen de El proyecto educativo autoritario y los lineamientos destinados a la formación docente durante la última dictadura cívico-militar en Argentina

El siguiente artículo se basa en las contribuciones ofrecidas en mi tesis de maestría sobre la historia reciente de las Instituciones Superiores de Formación (ISFD), a finales de la última dictadura cívico-militar, en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina. En primer lugar, se caracterizará la política impulsada por el Ministerio de Cultura y Educación (MCE), se propone identificar las orientaciones principales y problematizar las dinámicas de implementación en el sistema educativo. Luego, se focalizará en las instituciones de Enseñanza Superior para detenerse en aspectos de las universidades y de los fundamentos pedagógicos propiciados para la formación de maestros y profesores. Concluye con la visibilidad de la vacancia que la producción académica confirió al estudio sobre el sector de las ISFD de CABA en el período referido.

This article is based on the contributions offered in my master's thesis on the recent history of Higher Teacher Training Institutions (ISFD), at the end of the last civic-military dictatorship, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina. In the first place, a characterization of the policy promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Education (MCE) is made, followed by anidentification of the main orientations, and a problematization of the dynamics of implementationin the educational system. Then, a focus is made on the institutions of Higher Education to dwell on aspects of the universities and the pedagogical foundations fostered for the training of teachersand professors. The article concludes with the visibility of the vacancy that the academic productionconferred to the study on the ISFD sector of CABA in the referred period.
