    Se realiza una reflexión sobre la prostitución del género femenino en España. Para comprender la materia, conviene analizar el concepto de prostitución y las cuestiones que se derivan del mismo, sin perjuicio de que posteriormente se haga una referencia a la prostitución como una cuestión de género. En lo sucesivo, planteando varias problemáticas, es esencial hacer mención al debate entre abolicionismo o legalización, considerándolo la parte más importante propuesta a analizar, finalizando el respectivo análisis con unas conclusiones.

    The aim is to reflect about prostitution of female gender in Spain. In order to understand this topic it is convenient to analyse the concept of prostitution and the issues that derive from it, also mentioning the prostitution as a gender issue. Hereafter, posing several issues, it is essential to mention the ongoing debate between abolishing prostitution or legalizing it, this can be considered the most important part to analyse, ending the respective analysis with some conclusions.
