Resumen de Periodo de adaptación en los alumnos T.E.A.

No hemos encontrado ningún estudio previo que una los conceptos “periodo de adaptación” y “alumnos T.E.A.” Nos interesa esta unión de temas por la repercusión que tiene el periodo de adaptación para cualquier alumno/a, con o sin dificultad. Este periodo en ocasiones es angustioso para los alumnos/as sin dificultades por Io que se presupone que también lo es para el alumnado T.E.A., pudiendo afectarles en mayor grado a su vida diaria y a la manera de adaptarse a su entorno, sufriendo cambios considerables en su comportamiento diario fuera y dentro del aula. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa y con resultados evaluados según las observaciones realizadas y registradas mediante un diario y unas tablas. En los resultados podemos comprobar que los cuatro alumnos de la muestra presentan algún signo de inadaptación tras tres meses en eI aula. Los datos confirman nuestra hipótesis inicial, destacando que había dos variables que influyeron como el CI y la madurez que no se tuvieron en cuenta.

The research topic is “The period of adaptation in students with autism.” No previous study researched on these two concepts. The period of adaptation is important for any student, with or without a handicap. It often means stress for students without handicap, so that we assume that students with autism also experience stress in this period. It may affect their daily lives and their behavior in class and at home. The research methodology is qualitative and uses observation records in a diary and charts. The results of the sample of 4 students show some sign of maladjustment after three months in class. The data confirm our initial hypothesis that there were two variables that influenced, such as the IQ and the maturity, that were not taken into account.
