    En los primeros años del siglo veinte los planteos sobre educación en la provincia de Entre Ríos giraron en torno al analfabetismo, a la educación especial y a la capacitación de los maestros. En ese contexto se crearon algunas escuelas denominadas especiales con orientación técnica, una de ellas fue la Escuela Técnica del Hogar y su programa estaba abocado a capacitar a las mujeres en diferentes oficios relacionados con lo doméstico.

    Algunos discursos expresan cuales eran las inquietudes de las autoridades del gobierno escolar sobre la educación de la mujer. Estas manifestaciones junto con las políticas educativas que implementaron no dejaron de estar atravesadas o influenciadas por las construcciones de género de la sociedad de principios de siglo XX. Para mostrar cómo se organizó la educación técnica para la mujer en la provincia y los objetivos que se perseguían se analizan algunos discursos oficiales, las políticas educativas que dieron lugar a la Escuela Técnica del Hogar y el primer plan de estudios que se implementó

    In the early years of the twentieth century, the proposals on education in the province of Entre Ríos revolved around illiteracy, special education and teacher training. In this context, some so-called special schools with technical orientation were created, one of them was the Home Technical School and its program was aimed at training women in different trades related to the domestic.

    Some speeches express the concerns of the school government authorities about women's education. These manifestations, together with the educational policies they implemented, did not cease to be crossed or influenced by the gender constructions of society at the beginning of the 20th century. To show how technical education for women was organized in the province and the objectives that were pursued, some official speeches are analyzed, as well as the educational policies that gave rise to the Home Technical School and the first curriculum that was implemented.
