Resumen de El pluralismo religioso en la teología actual: Hacia una hermenéutica interreligiosa

A la luz de las nuevas maneras de desarrollar vías de comprensión e interpretación de la diversidad religiosa en la teología cristiana del siglo XXI, este trabajo se propone analizar algunos de los elementos fundamentales de lo que debe constituir una hermenéutica teológica interreligiosa, que sostenga y ayude a dar forma a las variantes actuales de la teología de las religiones. Las diferentes formas de realizar esa labor (teología de la historia de las religiones, teología del diálogo interreligioso, teología comparada, teología interreligiosa), reclaman una nueva forma de abordar la cuestión de la diversidad religiosa, caracterizada, sobre todo, por el diálogo, como punto de partida, y no simplemente como meta, y por el diseño de unos principios hermenéuticos propios que constituyan el método y el lenguaje de una auténtica teología de la alteridad y del encuentro, que proporcione una mirada enriquecida sobre la realidad de las otras religiones y sobre las formas de los propios fundamentos de la fe cristiana.

In the light of the new views of developing ways of understanding and interpreting religious diversity in Christian theology in the 21st century, this paper aims to analyze some of the fundamental elements of what should constitute an interreligious theological hermeneutics, which sustains and help shape current variants of the theology of religions. The different ways of carrying out this work (theology of the history of religions, theology of interreligious dialogue, comparative theology, interreligious theology), call for a new approach to the issue of religious diversity, characterized above all by dialogue, as a starting point, and not simply as a goal, and by the design of their own hermeneutical principles, that constitute the method and language of an authentic theology of alterity and encounter, which provides an enriched view of the reality of other religions and of the forms of the very foundations of the Christian faith.
