Resumen de Intraemprendimiento y su relación con la motivación laboral de personal administrativo de una institución de educación superior del estado de Aguascalientes

  Es una investigación que tiene como alcance identificar la relación entre comportamientos de intraemprendimiento y motivación laboral de una institución de educación superior del estado de Aguascalientes. Estudio, en el cual participaron 49 sujetos clasificados como personal administrativo. Se utilizó un cuestionario como instrumento de medición de escala tipo Likert de 5 puntos. Se aplicó validez de contenido a juicio de experto y validez de constructo con análisis de medida de adecuación muestral (KMO > 0,5) y prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett (p-valor ≤ 0,05). Se analizó su fiabilidad con análisis de consistencia (Alpha de Cronbach, α > 0.7) y análisis de la capacidad de discriminación de los ítems (índice de homogeneidad ≥ 0,2). Se realizó un análisis de los estadísticos descriptivos de la muestra.

  Para el análisis de correlación se realizaron prueba de normalidad grafica (histograma) y el test estadístico Kolmogorov-Smirnov (sig. Asintótica < 0.05), donde se concluyó que las mediciones de las variables no se ajustan a una distribución normal; por tanto se aplico la prueba de correlación Rho Spearman. Se obtuvo la correlación no paramétrica con la prueba Rho de Spearman. Obteniendo correlaciones significativas y positivas.

  It is an investigation whose scope is to identify the relationship between intrapreneurship behavior and work motivation of a higher education institution in the state of Aguascalientes. Study, in which 49 subjects classified as administrative personnel participated. A questionnaire was used as a 5-point Likert-type scale measurement instrument. Content validity was applied according to expert judgment and construct validity with an analysis Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO> 0.5) and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity (p-value ≤ 0, 05). Their reliability was analyzed with consistency analysis (Cronbach's Alpha, α> 0.7) and analysis of the discrimination capacity of the items (homogeneity index ≥ 0.2). An analysis of the descriptive statistics of the sample was carried out to define the profile of the participants.

  For the correlation analysis, Graphical test for normality (histogram) and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test (asymptotic sig <0.05) were performed, where it was concluded that the measurements of the variables did not fit a normal distribution; therefore, the Rho Spearman correlation test was applied. Nonparametric correlation was obtained with Spearman's Rho test. Obtaining significant and positive correlations.
