    El Síndrome de Alienación Parental en el área de Derecho y Psicología es una problemática muy frecuente que consiste en un cuadro clínico asociado a una patología en la salud mental del alienado, el cual manifiesta una conducta de rechazo hacia el progenitor débil debido a la persuasión negativa del progenitor fuerte con el menor. Sin embargo, no existe ninguna regulación que considere este fenómeno dentro del marco legal en nuestro país. Por ello, el objetivo principal de este estudio es establecer los principales motivos para la regulación del Síndrome de Alienación Parental en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. Finalmente, se pudo concluir que es imprescindible la pronta regulación del SAP en nuestra normativa jurídica, de esta manera, disminuirá el número de casos y las consecuencias devastadoras concernientes a esta patología.

    The Parental Alienation Syndrome in the area of Law and Psychology is a very frequent problem that consists of a clinical picture associated with a pathology in the mental health of the alienated, which manifests a behavior of rejection towards the weak parent due to negative persuasion of the strong parent with the minor. However, there is no regulation that considers this phenomenon within the legal framework in our country. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to establish the main reasons for the regulation of the Parental Alienation Syndrome in the Peruvian legal system. Finally, it was concluded that the prompt regulation of SAP in our legal regulations is essential, in this way, the number of cases and the devastating consequences concerning this pathology will decrease.
