El dibujo del cuerpo humano y leonardo da vinci: Una herramienta para el aprendizaje anatómico y biomecánico en el ámbito de la educación física

    El estudio y análisis del cuerpo humano ha estado presente en todos los momentos históricos. La presente aportación muestra una experiencia didáctica relacionada con el aprendizaje de la anatomía y la biomecánica para el ámbito de la educación física. El objetivo pretende ofrecer al alumnado un recurso para entender y comprender las proporciones i movimientos humanos, tanto del propio cuerpo, como de los huesos, músculos y articulaciones. La experiencia se ha llevado a cabo para el alumnado de primer curso de un ciclo de grado superior de enseñanza y animación sociodeportiva. La metodología se ha basado en el uso del dibujo por parte del alumnado. Las aportaciones de Leonardo da Vinci, tanto relacionadas con la proporción áurea, como sus bocetos de la humanidad, són los elementos que se utilizan como punto de partida. Asimismo, la relación con el estudio anatómico durante la historia es también un hecho para reflexionar. Los resultados muestran que el tratamiento de la anatomía a partir de esta metodología basada en la competencialidad, la transversalidad y el dibujo es un elemento que permite interiorizar bien las dimensiones y proporciones del cuerpo humanos)

    The study and analysis of the human body has been present in all historical moments. The present contribution shows a didactic experience related to the learning of anatomy and biomechanics for the field of physical education. The objective aims to offer students a resource to understand and comprehend human proportions and movements, both of body itself, and of the bones, muscles, and joints. The experience has been carried out for the first-year students of a higher degree cycle of teaching and socio-sports animation. The methodology has been based on the use of drawing by the students. Leonardo da Vinci's contributions, both related to the golden ratio, and his sketches of humanity, are the elements that are used as a starting point. Likewise, the relationship with the anatomical study during history is also a fact to reflect on. The results show that the treatment of anatomy from this methodology based on competence, transversality and drawing is an element that allows the dimensions and proportions of the human body to be internalized well.
