Andrei Tarkovsky stands out as one of the film directors with the strongestability to create a singular and distinguishable notion of time. Tarkovskian time is determined by mythical thinking, ritual acts, and the union of the micro cosmic human beingand the macro cosmos. His films often portray the idea that thanks to the repetition andactualisation of an original ritual, the world will be revitalised. The paper shows some ofthe ways these ideas became film scenes, using examples from some of his films, such as Solaris,Nostalgia and The Sacrifice. Andrei Tarkovski destaca com un director de cinema capaç de crear una noció de temps més singular i fàcil de reconèixer. El temps tarkovskià està determinat pel pensament mític, l’acte ritual i la unió de l’ésser humà microcòsmic amb el macrocosmos. Dins la seva filmografia apareix sovint la idea que el món tornarà a revitalitzar-se gràcies a la repetició i l’actualització d’un ritu originari. Mitjançant exemples de pel·lícules seves,com Solaris, Nostàlgia i Sacrifici, es mostraran algunes de les maneres en què aquestes ideeses van convertir en escenes fílmiques.
