Resumen de Gestión educativa y colectivos escolares durante la pandemia de la Covid-19

  El artículo tiene como objetivo conocer y analizar la gestión educativa de los Consejos Técnicos Escolares (CTE) en el estado de Tlaxcala, México, durante la pandemia de Covid-19. El estudio se sustenta en el diseño de la estrategia que la Dirección General de Gestión Escolar y Enfoque Territorial (DGGEyET) de la Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) federal realiza en el país. La metodología que se empleó fue cuantitativa descriptiva transversal con una muestra de 44 colectivos escolares de los diferentes niveles y modalidades educativas de aquellos cuyas sesiones se presenció durante el ciclo escolar 2020-2021. Los resultados se presentan mediante los promedios de las ponderaciones obtenidas de los CTE. Los hallazgos identificados reflejan la evolución y retos en los procesos de la gestión educativa a distancia y el alineamiento a las disposiciones de política educativa durante la crisis sanitaria.

  This article’s objective is to get to know and analyze the educational management implemented by the Technical School Boards (CTE by its initials in Spanish) in the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study is based on the strategy design performed throughout the country by the General Directorate of School Management and Territorial Approach (DGGEyET by its initials in Spanish) of the Public Education Department (SEP by its initials in Spanish). A quantitative descriptive cross-section methodology was used with a sample of 44 school organizations of different levels and modalities whose sessions were observed during the 2020-2021 school year. The results are presented through the averages of the deliberations obtained from the CTEs. The identified findings reflect the evolution and challenges in the e-learning educational management processes and the alignment with the educational policy measures during the health crisis.
