    Se presenta el caso de un paciente VIH bien controlado que consulta por parálisis facial periférica objetivándose vesículas que afectan al hemipaladar respetando la línea media sin afectación ótica. Se revisa la literatura sobre la asociación del síndrome de Ramsay-Hunt y la infección por el VIH.

    We present the case of a well-controlled HIV patient who consults for peripheral facial paralysis with vesicles affecting the hemipaladar respecting the midline without optic involvement. We review the literature on the association of Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome and HIV infection.
