    El artículo analiza la interpretación que realiza el Tribunal Supremo sobre el concepto de prestador de servicios de comunicación audiovisual, la extensión y alcance de las imágenes que conforman el breve resumen informativo de los partidos de fútbol profesional y si el ejercicio del derecho reconocido en el artículo 19.3 de la Ley General Audiovisual es compatible con la adquisición a título oneroso de imágenes sobre el mismo evento.

    The article analyses the Supreme Court's interpretation of the concept of audiovisual communication service provider, the extension and scope of the images that make up the content of the brief news summary of professional football matches and whether the exercise of the right recognized in the article 19.3 of the General Audiovisual Law is compatible with the acquisition for valuable consideration of images of the same event.
