    Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar las recientes sentencias publicadas por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea en desarrollo de la Directiva sobre condiciones generales de la contratación. El Tribunal, dando respuesta a diversas cuestiones planteadas por tribunales internos, avanza en la configuración de normas procesales específicas en materia de protección de consumidores, obligando no sólo a los tribunales, sino también a los propios Estados miembros a replantearse reglas procesales nuevas en materia civil.

    The purpose of this paper is to analyze the recent judgments published by the Court of Justice of the European Union in development of the Directive on general contracting conditions. The Court, responding to various issues raised by domestic courts, advances in the configuration of specific procedural rules on consumer protection, forcing not only the courts, but also the Member States themselves to rethink new procedural rules in civil matters.
