    El presente artículo se propone reconstruir y examinar el desarrollo de asociaciones “amarillas” en los ferrocarriles, entendidas como parte de las estrategias que las compañías implementaron para controlar a su personal y disputar la representación obrera a los sindicatos. Busca analizar las motivaciones y fines que estas persiguieron, la recepción e inserción que tuvieron entre los trabajadores, así como las disputas que los obreros ferroviarios y sus gremios entablaron al respecto..

    This article aims to reconstruct and examine the development of “yellow” associations in the railways, as part of the strategies that the companies implemented to control their staff and dispute the workers` representation to the unions.
