La carrera docente viene marcada por unas vivencias, marcos educativos y evaluación constante que, en ocasiones, pone en tensión y obliga a cuestionar si se está haciendo bien y qué es lo que necesitamos cambiar para atender a cada necesidad y centrar la mirada en el menor, como el protagonista de sus procesos de aprendizaje. La complejidad de la enseñanza requiere de renovación, creación de redes entre docentes, cercanía, acompañamiento al docente y pasión en cada intervención.

The teaching career is marked by experiences, educational frameworks and a constant evaluation. Sometimes, those three aspects put us in stress and make us even question ourselves if we are doing it right and what we need to change in order to attend kid’s needs and focus our attention on the minor, as the protagonist of their learning processes. The complexity of teaching requires renewal, the creation of networks between teachers, the teacher’s accompaniment and not forgetting to put dedication and passion into each day-to-day challenge.
