Resumen de Técnicas y herramientas en gestión de proyectos para prevenir el sobrendeudamiento en Cañar – Ecuador

  Ante la apertura de créditos muchas familias han exagerado su demanda cayendo en un nivel de sobrendeudamiento que afecta su economía; de tal forma se indaga dicha problemática. Se planteó como objetivo Determinar como la planificación y el uso de técnicas y herramientas en la gestión de proyectos inciden en las decisiones de sobrendeudamiento de las familias de Cañar. El cual se cumplió mediante una investigación descriptiva no experimental transversal, explicativo aplicando una encuesta validada por expertos y ,966 por alfa de Cronbach a una muestra de 380 cabezas de familia; mediante la estadística descriptiva y Taub de Kendall se comprobó la correlación entre las variables obteniendo p = ,000 que rechaza la hipótesis nula y acepta la alternativa, con buena correlación de ,677 para X1 y ,698. X2. Concluyendo que las herramientas y técnicas de gestión de proyectos facilitan la gestión efectiva de recursos.

  In view of the opening of credits, many families have exaggerated their demand, falling into a level of over-indebtedness that affects their economy; therefore, this problem was investigated. The objective was to determine how planning and the use of techniques and tools in project management affect the over-indebtedness decisions of families in Cañar. This was accomplished by means of a descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, explanatory research, applying a survey validated by experts and Cronbach's alpha .966 to a sample of 380 heads of household; using descriptive statistics and Kendall's Taub, the correlation between the variables was checked, obtaining p = .000, which rejects the null hypothesis and accepts the alternative, with a good correlation of .677 for X1 and .698 for X2. X2. Concluding that project management tools and techniques facilitate the effective management of resources.
