    La reparación a las víctimas debe entenderse como una parte esencial de la ejecución penal para conseguir la reeducación y reinserción social de los victimarios. No es posible realizar un pronóstico favorable de comportamiento futuro del penado, si no existe una modificación de su actitud ante el delito, o lo que es lo mismo ante la víctima. Podemos afirmar que, sin el reconocimiento de la víctima en la ejecución penal, no es posible el objetivo resocializador del victimario.

    Reparations to victims should be understood as an essential part of the penal execution to achieve the re-education and social reintegration of the offenders. It is not possible to make a favorable prognosis of future behavior of the convict, if there is no modification of his attitude towards the crime, or what is the same before the victim. We can affirm that without the recognition of the victim in the penal execution it is not possible to achieve the resocializing objective of the offender.
