Resumen de La externalización de bienes y servicios militares: Las empresas militares privadas

  El presente artículo se enmarca en primer lugar dentro del contexto de los análisis económicos que abordan la mejora de la eficiencia económica de los mercados de Defensa y Seguridad y, en segundo lugar, se centra en el análisis según el enfoque de la Escuela Austriaca de Economía.

  El objetivo general pretende abrir un campo de estudio y de debate, en el que se analicen cómo se puede mejorar la eficiencia dinámica de los mercados de servicios y bienes militares buscando elaborar un marco interpretativo empleando por primera vez el enfoque analítico de la Escuela Austriaca de Economía, que permita demostrar por un lado, como, bajo el prisma de la libertad se ejerce una función empresarial como proceso de descubrimiento de bienes y servicios militares más eficaces y eficientes que, bajo el poder coactivo e intervencionista del Estado y, por otro, demostrar la superioridad del funcionamiento y organización de los mercados de la Defensa y Seguridad Privada frente al Público, sin olvidar que este mercado ha estado y está dominado en su práctica totalidad por el sector público.

  This article is framed in the first place within the context of the economic analyzes that address the improvement of the economic efficiency of the Defense and Security markets and, secondly, it focuses on the analysis according to the approach of the Austrian School of Economics .

  The general objective is to open a field of study and debate, analyzing how to improve the dynamic efficiency of the military services and goods markets, seeking to elaborate an interpretive framework using for the first time the analytical approach of the Austrian School of Economy, which demonstrates on the one hand, how, under the prism of freedom, a business function is exercised as a process of discovery of more efficient and efficient military goods and services than, under the coercive and interventionist power of the State and, on the other, demonstrate the superiority of the operation and organization of the Defense and Private Security markets before the Public, without forgetting that this market has been and is dominated almost entirely by the public sector.
