Validación de un cuestionario para el análisis de la sensibilidad intercultural en el alumnado de educación superior

    El estudio aborda un tema de importancia para las instituciones de Educación Superior como es un cuestionario para el análisis de la sensibilidad intercultural del alumnado con dos versiones una piloto y una definitiva. En la actualidad son muy pocos los estudios que analizan esta temática en los entornos de aprendizaje. El análisis del instrumento se realizó a una muestra de 140 alumnos y alumnas de la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. El método estadístico utilizado fue Test y Rtest con el soporte de la herramienta IBM SPSS Stadistics 20. Para la recolección de información se utilizó el instrumento llamado “encuesta” posterior a la estructura de un cuestionario integrada por 24 items, 9 dicotómicas y 15 politómicas. El estudio realizado aporta un instrumento confiable por su consistencia de medición inherente a la prueba, y a la estabilidad de la característica medida en los elementos examinados, para establecer las situaciones de convivencia en los entornos de aprendizaje culturalmente diversos y determinar el grado de compromiso intercultural, en cuanto a respuestas emocionales ante los demás, saberes de los otros, intereses, creencias y valores que supone una contribución para futuras investigaciones.

    The study addresses a topic of importance for institutions of Higher Education as it is a questionnaire for the analysis of intercultural sensitivity of students with two versions a pilot and a final. At present there are very few studies that analyze this topic in learning environments. The analysis of the instrument was made to a sample of 140 students of the career of Commercial Engineering of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the State University of Bolivar. The statistical method used was Test and Rtest with the support of the IBM SPSS Stadistics 20 tool. For the collection of information, the instrument called “survey” was used after the structure of a questionnaire composed of 24 items, 9 dichotomous and 15 polytomics. The study provides a reliable instrument for its consistency of measurement inherent to the test, and the stability of the characteristic measured in the elements examined, to establish the situations of coexistence in culturally diverse learning environments and determine the degree of intercultural commitment, in terms of emotional responses to others, knowledge of others, interests, beliefs and values ​​that is a contribution to future research.
