  La integración de los recursos tecnológicos a la docencia, sólo será una realidad en la medida en que quienes impartimos aprendizaje, los incorporemos a nuestra mediación pedagógica, rompiendo barreras y aportando a la calidad del entorno educativo. El objetivo primordial es sensibilizar a los docentes, induciéndolos a que incorporen al proceso enseñanza–aprendizaje, herramientas tecnológicas; estrategia que permitirá ampliar el espectro pedagógico, permitirá la interacción con los estudiantes e implantará en la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar importantes mejoras en este proceso como el actitudinal y el procedimental.

  El estudio se apoya metodológicamente en un procedimiento de investigación mediante encuestas, desarrollado con la herramienta de almacenamiento gratuito Google drive. El hallazgo principal de la investigación que se pudo determinar en base a las encuestas realizadas a los docentes de la Institución es que ellos son conscientes de la existencia de diferentes herramientas tecnológicas que se pueden utilizar para la creación de material didáctico, pero persisten en la utilización de la herramienta (Power Point) utilizado en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. La Universidad ha invertido en la implementación de recursos tecnológicos tanto en las aulas como en los laboratorios, pero se mantiene la clase expositiva por parte del cuerpo docente y, una actitud pasiva por parte de los estudiantes, haciéndose un uso incipiente de los recursos tecnológicos disponibles.

  The integration of technological resources to teaching, will only be a reality to the extent that those who impart learning, we incorporate them into our pedagogical mediation, breaking barriers and contributing to the quality of the educational environment. The primary objective is to sensitize teachers, inducing them to incorporate technological tools into the teaching-learning process; This strategy will broaden the pedagogical spectrum, allow interaction with students and implement important improvements in this process, such as attitudinal and procedural, at the State University of Bolívar.

  The study is supported methodologically in a survey research procedure, developed with the free Google Drive storage tool. The main finding of the research that could be determined based on the surveys made to the teachers of the Institution is that they are aware of the existence of different technological tools that can be used for the creation of teaching materials, but they persist in the use of the tool (Power Point) used in the teaching-learning process. The University has invested in the implementation of technological resources both in the classrooms and in the laboratories, but the expository class is maintained by the faculty and a passive attitude on the part of the students, making an incipient use of the technological resources available .
