Oleoturismo y rutas turísticas en el Sudoeste bonaerense (Argentina)

    En el sudoeste bonaerense y en particular, en el partido de Coronel Dorrego,se produce un aceite de oliva extra virgen de excelente calidad, principalmente por sus condiciones naturales. En este partido se encuentra más del 80% de las almazaras instaladas en la región yde la superficie implantada de olivos del sudoeste bonaerense. Asimismo, la actividad olivícola está siendo actualmente vinculada, a través de distintas iniciativas, al turismo. En tal sentido se está desarrollando la ruta del olivo en esta región, la cual propone numerosas actividades en torno a las aceitunas, vinculando de esta manera el agro al turismo. El presente trabajo tiene por objeto inicialmente describir los distintos tipos de rutas turísticas para luego analizar la ruta de olivo presentada. Principalmente se pretende determinar si en esta zona se viene desarrollando una ruta alimentariaque se estéconvirtiendoen un incipiente producto turístico

    In the southwest of Buenos Aires province and specifically, in Coronel Dorrego district it ́s produced a high quality extra virgin olive oil mainly due to the district ́s natural environment. The district has more than 80% of the oil mills that are located in the región and of olive ́s implanted territory of the Buenos Aires district ́s southwest. Likewise, olive activity at present is being linked, through several iniciatives, to tourism. Moreover, it ́s being developing in this region the olive route, which provides lot of activities related to olives, linking agriculture to tourism. This paper intends to describe initially the different types of touristic routes by then analize the olive route mentioned before. It is mainly intended to determine whether in this area it ́s being developing a food route becoming in an incipient touristic product
