    El artículo desarrolla la matriz teórico-conceptual que sustenta un estudio en curso cuya finalidad es conocer concepciones y prácticas de trabajadores y trabajadoras de la educación y de la salud pública, así como las formas en que estas personas desarrollan su quehacer con comunidades pobres, identificando el favorecimiento o la obstaculización de un Desarrollo Humano Integral (DHI) para la vida de los niños y familias de esas comunidades. Desde un abordaje metodológico cualitativo-interpretativo se explicitan perspectivas conceptuales en educación y salud, se recupera lo explicitado en normativas sobre derechos humanos, de las que se analiza que, traducidas en quehaceres cotidianos de los profesionales de estos campos y en consonancia con perfiles institucionales, es posible arribar a la reflexión de cómo estas concepciones podrían resultar en prácticas genuinas, garantes de la educación y la salud como derechos humanos fundamentales para el DHI de las comunidades. Finalmente se recupera en puntos claves la potencialidad de este vínculo.

    The article develops the theoretical-conceptual matrix that supports an ongoing study whose purpose is to know the conceptions and practices of workers in education and public health, as well as the ways in which these people carry out their work with poor communities, identifying the favoring or hindering of an Integral Human Development (IHD) for the life of the children and families of these communities. From a qualitative-interpretive methodological approach, conceptual perspectives in education and health are explained, what is explicit in regulations on human rights is recovered, from which it is analyzed that, translated into daily tasks of professionals in these fields and in accordance with institutional profiles, It is possible to arrive at the reflection of how these conceptions could result in genuine practices, guarantors of education and health as fundamental human rights for the IHD of the communities. Finally, the potential of this link is recovered at key points.

    Der Artikel entwickelt die theoretisch-konzeptionelle Matrix, auf der eine laufende Studie basiert, deren Ziel es ist, die Vorstellungen und Praktiken von Beschäftigten im Bildungswesen und im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen kennenzulernen, sowie die Art und Weise, wie sie ihre Arbeit mit armen Communities ausführen, und zu identifizieren, wie sie eine Integrale Menschliche Entwicklung (IHD) des Lebens der Kinder und der Familien dieser Communities begünstigen oder behindern. Ausgehend von einem qualitativ-interpretativen methodischen Ansatz werden konzeptionelle Perspektiven in Bildung und Gesundheit erläutert und das in den Menschenrechten normativ Festgelegte expliziert. Wenn man diese - übersetzt in alltägliche Praktiken der Fachleute in diesen Bereichen und in Übereinstimmung mit institutionellen Profilen - analysiert, kann darüber reflektiert werden, wie diese Vorstellungen zu echten Praktiken führen und Garanten für Bildung und Gesundheit als grundlegende Menschenrechte für die Integrale Menschliche Entwicklung der Communities sein könnten. Schließlich wird das Potenzial dieser Verbindung an Schlüsselstellen rekonstruiert.
