El autor considera que «la escuela debe utilizar todos los recursos a su disposición para responder a una realidad dinámica, donde el director debe movilizar a sus equipos para diseñar un proyecto educativo institucional retador, con objetivos y metas alcanzables, dar seguimiento y evaluar las actividades y resultados». El artículo esboza la figura del director del centro educativo, indicando que no solo debe ser gestor, sino también el líder que transforme a cada miembro de la comunidad educativa para conseguir un éxito, que tiene que materializarse en la formación de estudiantes competentes, con ética y emocionalmente estables, entre otras cualidades.

The author considers that «the school must use all the resources at its disposal to respond to a dynamic reality, where the director must mobilize his teams to design a challenging institutional educational project, with attainable objectives and goals, follow up and evaluate the activities and results». The article outlines the figure of the director of the educational center, indicating that he must not only be a manager, but also the leader who transforms each member of the educational community to achieve success, which has to materialize in the formation of competent students, with ethics and emotionally stable, among other qualities.
