Resumen de Modelo “estructúrante” del desarrollo campesino para Colombia / 2022

  Con el ánimo de re-construir tejido-social, organización-campesina, comunidad-científica, sociedad-civil y políticas para el desarrollo humano del campo en Colombia (campesino). Se propone un nuevo marco-conceptual y estructura-metodológica para tal fin (ensayos de intervención municipal, índices del desarrollo, “economía-circular” y “PIB-per-cápita” campesino). Dando origen a su estudio, planeación y planificación a nivel local-municipal. Objetivo: “Atender el conjunto de necesidades-y-desafíos actuales-y-futuros, locales-y-globales del desarrollo campesino frente a las políticas inadecuadas de los gobiernos de turno y globalización, en un intento por proteger, estructurar y fortalecer su cultura, economía y organización local”. En tal sentido, se proponen dos tipos de enfoques (estructúrante y estratégico) para mejorar el desarrollo “In-Situ” integral-transversal-y-sostenible del “Ser”, “Saber” y “Hacer” campesino a nivel local. Fundamentado en el fortalecimiento de su “economía circular” a través de la intervención de sus áreas de actuacion productivas (producción-agro-industrias-agro-insumos-conservación-comercialización). En un intento por optimizar la inversión e intervención (pública, privada y/o humanitaria), destinada a este sector del Pais. En tal sentido, los autores dejan aquí expuesto para estudio, consulta, planeación y planificación del desarrollo campesino a nivel local-municipal su “marco-conceptual” y “estructura-metodológica” a aplicar en los territorios del País.

  With the aim of re-building social-net, farm workers-organization, scientific-community, civil-society and human development policies of the countryside in Colombia (farm workers). A new conceptual framework and methodological structure is proposed for this purpose. (municipal intervention trials, indices development, “circular-economy” and farm workers “GDP-per-capita”). Giving rise to its study, planning and planning at the local-municipal level. The objective: “Attend to the set of current-and-future, local-and-global needs-and-challenges of farm workers development in the face of the inadequate policies of the governments of the day and globalization; in an attempt to protect, structure and strengthen their local culture, economy and organization” In this sense, two types of approaches (“Structuring and Strategic”) are proposed to improve the integral-cross-and-sustainable “In-Situ” development of the “Being”, “Knowing” and “Doing” farm workers at the local level. Based on the strengthening of its “circular” economy through the intervention of its productive areas of action (production-agro-industries-agro-inputs-conservation-marketing). In an attempt to optimize investment and intervention (public, private and/or humanitarian), aimed at this sector of the country. In this sense, its authors expose here their proposed conceptual framework and methodological structure. So that these serve as a study, consultation, planning and planning of farm workers development at the local-municipal level in the territories of the Country.
