    La forma de entender la construcción, por parte de Pedro Muguruza es un aspecto fundamental en su trayectoria arquitectónica. Su máxima de conocer el comportamiento constructivo de los diferentes sistemas utilizados, le llevará a tener un amplio conocimiento de las diferentes artes de construir, incluidos los sistemas tradicionales. Este aspecto se aprecia de forma importante a través de su legado, y está íntimamente ligado al devenir tecnológico e histórico de la primera mitad del siglo XX.

    The way of understanding the construction, on the part of Pedro Muguruza is a fundamental aspect in his architectural path. His maxim of knowing the constructive behavior of the different used systems, will lead him to having a wide knowledge of the different arts of constructing, included the traditional systems. This aspect can be seen in the study of his legacy. It is also important to consider in parallel the technological and historical development of the early twentieth century.
