Resumen de Avaliação e desenvolvimento institucional: a experiência da escola família agrícola de Chapadinha

  The evaluation and institutional development plan has been growing in Basic Education schools in Brazil, seeking through these instruments to improve the quality indicators of these institutions. However, this is not always the case. In this context, the objective of the work was to analyze the processes of evaluation and institutional development, identifying the challenges and possibilities, with a view to improving them at the Escola Família Agrícola de Chapadinha. To this end, we adopted qualitative, bibliographic research, supported by Brandalise (2015; 2010), Galvão (2016) and by documents from the institution. We found that there were challenges for the school to implement these instruments in its daily life and that adjustments need to be made to avoid the neoliberal perspective, present in the policy that regulates these processes, contributing to strengthen the dialectical and democratic perspective, present in the school's principles.

  Tem sido crescente a realização da avaliação e plano de desenvolvimento institucional em escolas da Educação Básica no Brasil, buscando através desses instrumentos melhorar os resultados das mesmas. Contudo, nem sempre isso ocorre. Nesse contexto, o objetivo do trabalho foi analisar os processos de avaliação e desenvolvimento institucional, identificando os desafios e possibilidades, com vistas a aprimorá-las na Escola Família Agrícola de Chapadinha. Para tanto, adotamos a pesquisa qualitativa, bibliográfica, apoiada em Brandalise (2015; 2010), Galvão (2016) e em documentos da instituição. Constatamos que houveram desafios para a escola efetivar esses instrumentos em seu cotidiano e que adequações precisam ser realizadas para evitar a perspectiva neoliberal, presente na política que regulamenta esses processos, contribuindo para fortalecer a perspectiva dialética e democrática, presente nos princípios da escola.
