  • Resumen
    • One of the most important engineers’ considerations is their concern about structural stability. This article copes with buckling and post-buckling examinations of rotating clamped-clamped functionally graded beams due to interaction between thermal environment and rotation. The considered beam is subjected to a uniform temperature rising at the same time with its rotation at constant speed. The temperature dependency of material properties is considered. The Euler-Bernoulli beam assumption beside the von-Karman strain-displacement relation is regarded to derive the governing equations. The nonlinear finite element method is applied to the equations of motion to extract pre-stressed deformation, critical buckling temperature change, and post-buckling response. The rotor radius, the beam length to the thickness ratio, the rotation speed, and the power law index impacts on the outcomes are illustrated
